Fairtrade clothing

Have you ever considered where your clothes come from? Who makes them? And how little they might get paid for slaving away over your new clothes?
If this sort of thing interests you then you'll be pleased to know that fairtrade clothing is now available.

There was a recent news story about child labour in India where young children were stitching beads on clothing. More stores are making a stand against this but it seems the inspectors who check things out need to be extravigilient. By buying fairtrade you'll know that the clothes you're wearing aren't made from child workers and that the people whop do make them are given a fair wage for the work they do.
